Data controller

I, Federico Calabrò, am the controller of the personal data this site collects. You can write to me at federico.calabro.cs@gmail.com.

What the site records

Each request to the site passes through Cloudflare, which serves it: your IP address, your browser (user agent), the page requested and the time are processed to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse, on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep no access log of my own.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, fedcal_lang, and only when you pick a language in the header: it remembers your choice for 180 days, so your next visit opens in that language. It is a technical cookie and needs no consent.

There are no analytics, no ads and no social plug-ins, and nothing is loaded from other sites: fonts, images and scripts all come from fedcal.com.

Hosting

The site is a set of static pages hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as my processor; any transfer to the United States takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or erase your data, or to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
